It was a video interview and assessments. I guess it was good but the job itself was horrible. They say training was for 1wk well it was actually 3 and a half days and did not even get hands on to prepare for taking calls. It was all a big mess and I had to just walk away from it. Also was a seasonal position and I need something permanent.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (Ayala) in Jun 2019
Interview
The process is long. I took bunch of assessments. Then, have to go back to take more assessments for another account. I was not interviewed back then since they are just looking for 2 persons to join the account.
I applied online. I interviewed at Concentrix in Apr 2022
Interview
At first I was asked general questions by the Team Leader on my experience and the did a "simulation" of a client/agent call, that was pretty easy to carry out.
