Concentrix Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Interviewer lasted a whole day, First round was of HR where she asked to speak on a topic,Second round was telephonic interview again told to speak on certain topic and third round was Skype where he asked me more about myself, they told me to collect offer letter next week but they told me come the next day then again the next week finally when I was about to get the offer letter I had a bad experience with the HR she was rude and was treating candidates like beggars looking for job, she was incompetent and I don't think I ever dealt with a HR who treats potential Employees like that, Overall the interview process was very hectic

3 rounds it was very easy to crack it however the process took the entire day to complete the staff was very nice and helpful and i would suggest freshers to grab this opportunity.
