Concentrix Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

I answered every question correctly due to my technical background. The interviewer was rude. She said I had five seconds to answer each question and did not allow for me to ask any questions at the end. I answered each question within the time frame given then she released the call by saying I will forward your responses to human resources and have them contact you within two days. I had to contact them directly after seven. They told me I passed all the assessments but they will not be moving forward.

Quick two voice communication and a knowledge assessment and as well as and sort of hunt and peck on internet; also received a second call back and just waiting for the final e-mail
