Concentrix Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

The process took 2 weeks starting with screening till the last final interview. Recruiter screening, - ask about the past experience technical, - mcqs behavioral - ask about prior experience according to my role.

The interview will be conducted once the candidate is done with the amcat and versant tests with valid marks. In the interview round they just check the communication skills and observe whether this candidate will work for a long time or a short time.
