Concentrix Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Bland Basic Unbearable. I would rather work at a Walmart for 15 an hour than this place, that I already worked for prior, but a job is a job. You don’t even get to talk to a live person.

Contacted by email and then also by phone. The first interview was very basic and not so detailed but in my opinion short. If applying for a role with a certain language skill they will most likely send the email in that language and speak in that language during the interview.
