Concentrix Customer Service Representative interview questions

I was impressed by how HR got in touch with me and aggressively scheduled an interview asap. The interview happened and I was told that they will get back to me once they are done with a few other applicants. I waited for three weeks and did not hear anything. I messaged the HR lady and she did not reply. I never heard back from them. I did not expect this kind of unprofessionalism from a company like this.

The interview was done remotely on camera but it was quick and easy. I remember having to pass an assessment before moving on to the interview process. They offered the position at the end of the interview and set me up to receive my equipment.
