Concentrix Customer Service Representative interview questions

Pretty basic interview process. Questions concerning previous experience and education. Questions as to what you can bring to the position and where you see yourself progressing. They call you up, you go in and have a short sit down with a hiring manager, they ask basic questions, you give basic answers, then they either make you an offer or not. Its not that difficult

Nothing much. Asked about self and questions in the resume. past experience and asked how many years willing to work in the organization. asked about ex client information (just to trick us). DO NOT Reveal your client information. He'll ask friendly but if you reveal your ex client info, they'll not recruit you. That question is for how secure and how safe it is to trust you for this job.
