Concentrix Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process was overall good, it started with one to one interview with HR about a quick introduction about myself and my background. Then the 2nd phase was multiple assessments including reading, listening, and situations regarding the English level, and some IQ and speed tests.

It took me whole long day 《8hrs》delay update from HR if I failed or passed. I waited many hours to wait for my result and I ended up failed because of their versant. If they'll just give me another shot, I'm a fluent english speaker that can easily understood.
