Concentrix Customer Service Representatives interview questions

It's really disgusting to attend one round of interview for about 1 week. I had really bad experience how they are conducting the interviews, the HR team doesn't respond to calls or messages and they call whenever they want, it doesn't matter if you call or text. There is no response from the person concerned. The interview process is easy if you have adequate knowledge about AMCAT and Versant. And it depends upon how well are you able to communicate your responsibility and your thoughts during the Operations round.
