I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Concentrix (Belfast, Nordirland) in May 2017
Interview
I was not interviewed for the role that I applied for. They brought me a printed document, printed on the wrong side, had to pretend I was selling something. then they pretended to have a competency interview for me, but it was a charade. interviewers could not spell simple words, no professionalism whatsoever.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Concentrix (Bengaluru) in Jun 2015
Interview
It took one day and 3 rounds of interviews and it was average. They give online test and the check your communication whether you are good or bad. So it was quite good for me and finally I was given an offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Concentrix (Manila, ) in May 2017
Interview
There is an initial group interview where they gauge your command of the English language; questions are usually taken from your resume however they throw a few random questions in as well. After the group interview you will be notified in a short amount of time if you are qualified to move on to the next stage of the application process or if you did not meet their standards. Second interview is a one-on-one interview regarding your salary if ever you were to be offered a position, your willingness to work holiday and night shifts etc. Final interview is--I believe--for formality purposes. It's very casual and this is where you would ask questions about the company, the workplace etc.
