The interview process at Concentrix involves an initial HR screening to discuss your background, availability, and communication skills. This is followed by one interview round with a hiring manager focusing on role-specific knowledge, problem-solving and customer handling scenarios. There was a short assessment or skills test.

The interview process was done and they were kind and clear. I felt like a person throughout the process, unlike other call centers that treat you like cattle. Overall I was satisfied with the interviewing process.
