the interview was very nice but smooth first m kept assessment was done and after that the HR round and after the HR round like they provided the feedback within the one week it was smooth and all the things are very smooth
The Concentrix interview process is usually simple and structured, especially for customer service, BPO, and technical roles. It may vary slightly by job, but the overall flow is quite consistent.
Interview process is easy. Multiple rounds would be there HR, Ops but it's easy.
Basic question :
1. Introduction
2. Work Experience
3. Why you have left your last job ?
4. Why should we hire you ?
5. Any situation based questions.
Process was clear and fast, going through the specifics of the job and the skills needed to do it. Professionals were educated and listened and asked good questions.
Process took 10 days, which is way lower than other companies.
