I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Concentrix (Tempe, AZ)
Interview
Walked in to a large, empty conference room and had a conversation with one of the managers who said that I would do fine, despite having little call center experience. I took the equivalent of a typing test with a couple of technically-related questions, submitted to a background and drug test, and accepted the offer despite the really low pay.

“Nice, good, and smooth overall. They contacted me quickly and handled the entire interview process efficiently through an online call. The communication was clear, the steps were fast, and I ended up getting hired almost immediately after the interview.”
