I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (Belfast, Nordirland) in Feb 2016
Interview
They called me, did not even say the city. They thought that when they mention the name of the brand you would work for, that it's enough. You get tricked a lot. Overall general questions about technologies, basically if you know the language you are fine, no requirements from your side.

Question 1
Have you ever used a forum before? Do you know how to work on a forum? Do you speak *** language?
The interview was quite atypical. Instead of standard questions, I was asked to handle live chat simulations, demonstrate empathy in tricky social media scenarios, and analyze user behavior. It felt more like a real shift than a traditional interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Concentrix (Austin, TX) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was a simple process on zoom, after a short email back and forth, and the recruiter was very kind! I would definitely take the interview if you ever get a request!
The interview was really simple and quick. It was just one interview over the phone. The interviewer was really nice and asked a couple of questions then offered me a position on the spot. I ended up accepting the position.
