I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (Southfield, MI) in Feb 2017
Interview
It was easy and quick. They are really friendly and they ask you about your experience in a call center environment if any, it's good to know about the company
Tech support virtual interview and writing assessment, English fluency typing and recorded virtual interview. It was a good experience until now I hope I can get into the next rounds.
It was fun and okay overall, but it felt repetitive after a while. The experience mainly consisted of the usual, typical call center questions, making it less engaging than expected.
Online video submission, asked a couple of questions. The most difficult part was the intensive background check that came after. But due to the nature of the work it is understandable.
