Interview
2 computer test were given.
You're paired with a current employee for 15 mins to listen in on their calls.
Group Interview (2 applicants) one interviewer. Who goes back and forth asking questions.
Drug test on site! (Mouth swab)
Told when training starts and that some one would notify me by email to confirm.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
