Initial interview with an HR personnel asking you about personal details and testing your English language speaking skills. Once you pass you will undergo a computerized interview over the phone called Versant. Basic product training will follow once you pass both hiring steps.

Basic typing, analytical, and English language assessments at first. It was followed by an initial interview by the HR. Then by a Mock call. Lastly, final interview by one of the Team Leads. After you passed, you will be given the Job Offer.
