3 Rounds, They asked me wait for sometime but it took 3 hours to take interview. Later only for 10 min the interview happened and in 10 min interview panel attended 4 telephone called. Dont know how they judge my candidature,

It was good but the HR was not good after completed all the round she refuse my profile just because I am here and can join immediately. She told me that we can hire people who are not here

Submit Resume and the HR would call you on the phone, asking you questions like What are your skills and why our company. If you pass the interview then the HR would send you an offer
