A very swift process. Applied online with CV and was contacted within a few days to discuss details of my CV and arrange interview. I was required to complete a written assessment detailing my experience and how I would apply it to the new role. Interview was arranged at a time convenient to myself and comprised a roleplay and a face to face interview with 2 of the floor managers. Roleplay was an inbound sales call from a customer and I was provided spec sheets for 2 similar products which I would have to advise the customer on and process the sale. Face to face interview was standard interview questions and quite casual.
