Interview
1. Personal Interview.
2. Aptitude and Reasoning Test.
3. Communication Skill Test on Phone.
4. Ops Interview.
First round was normal. Interviewer asked me all about myself. There was an aptitude test conducted in second round which was so easy. In third round, one of the authorized person had communicated with me and tested my vocabulary and English speaking skills.

Interviewer asked me about one topic : What are my suggestions on children using mobile phones these days?
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
