Interview
Cansativo, duas horas de processo. Provas de português, inglês e digitação. Participei de todas e no final quando estavam falando sobre a vaga descobri que estava no processo errado. Mandaram o horário errado pra mim por email. Falei o qir estava acintevendo e me mandaram aguardar, esperei uns 15 min. Fizeram a entrevista sem eu ter feito as provas do outro processo porqur segunda a entevsitadora as provas não são importantes e sim a entrevista em si. Entrevista muito difícil e ela já deu o resultado na mesma hora.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
