Interview
You fill out the application, then they call you to take a typing test. Once you pass the typing test, you go into the room with an HR assistant to be asked questions. It’s the regular interview questions like how well do you do under pressure and so on. Once you pass the typing test you’ve basically been hired. They do drug test you as well.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
