Video call not very long, not a lot of questions. Run internet test. If there is a recruiter it helps to make the process of getting the interview faster. Then you get a hire date which will be the next class training start day

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
