Upon completing the online application, and passing an hour and a half assessment; the interview process was fast. A recruiter contacted me to schedule an interview over the phone. Once I passed the first interview, they scheduled a second phone interview.

The first interview questions assessed my customer service and soft skills. The second interview assessed my knowledge of software, Mac and Windows operating systems.
Was really fast process had 2 different interviews where they asked questions about yourself and experience. They want to know your english level and also its not necessary to have previous experience

Straightforward. Asked me about my experience and how I organize my workday. The interviewer was very fair and honest about the role I was applying for. I really appreciated that because I didn't take the job expecting something different.

Interview
One half hour standard interview followed by a telephone call role play interview. The first interview was focused on my past experience and how it may be applied to the role on question. The purpose of the second interview was to assess the clarity in your voice and how your phone etiquette is.
