It was alot of assessments and tests to take but overall it was a pretty seamless process. They stayed in contact and always responded promptly with answers to any of my questions.
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
