I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Concentrix (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Interview process was quick, had an initial phone interview followed by a face to face interview. Upon entering building found out that I could have just done a walk in and received the same result. Had my second interview which was more like a screening interview then took an assessment followed by my last interview. Before I left I knew I had the job.
The hiring process was not as smooth. Weeks later and I still had no idea when I would start.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to do something that was not protocol to help a customer.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
