The interview process was seamless and smooth; everything was done online as it was a WFH opportunity. So there is a screening, a typing test, a computer check, a Versent, speaking, and a digital video interview.

The process is easy overall just score good on there basic tests, the overall process is time consuming, and always when given a choice for interview try to select the most closest date they have batches of hiring and might not hire later

Scenario based question like if customer is angry how will you handle the customer
Couple of assesment and then 2 rounds of virtual interview. First round lasted for one hour. General questions easy to answer In the second round/final round more situation based questions.
