Concentrix Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Three rounds of interview, two video interviews and an online assessment. Process was easy and hasle free. Total process took around 3 weeks , they have completed the reference abd background checks. Asked to do home office setup and send the pictures. After I have purchased everything and submitted the pictures didn't provide contract.

I was sent an email telling me when the next training class started. I was not interviewed. They only required that your internet connection was appropriate for their standards. After that you join an info-session meeting and are given a job offer.
