Concentrix Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

It was good..they will make you feel comfortable..the assessment is easy.just follow the instruction and listern carefully.just focus and be honest with your answers...becoz they are testing your english communication skills

Not so good. The interviewer is attitude and she didn't deserve her position (which is a recruitment coordinator, interviewer or idk) like yes I have a poor signal but not my fault and not my fault also if she can't hear me even though I already louder my voice. Tss.
