Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Not so good. The interviewer is attitude and she didn't deserve her position (which is a recruitment coordinator, interviewer or idk) like yes I have a poor signal but not my fault and not my fault also if she can't hear me even though I already louder my voice. Tss.

The application processess wil take a day. registration, pre-screening, initial interview, moodle exam (typing and data entry), versant exam, 5 other moodle exams like english grammar, logic, math, etc, berlitz then final interview
