Concentrix Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

The interview process composed of three sets. They asked me questions like: What is interesting about you? Why do you want to work for our company? What do you know about your role? And so on. I think they want to hear how you market yourself which supports their idea on how you market their products. If you want to apply for this company better do research and practice.

It was very easy for me to understand the questions and didn't need HR to repeat it more. Every single question I was asked I felt like it's meaningful and has a purpose.
