Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very easy. Did a phone interview first then was invited for in person interview just asking my experience basically and going over the job requirements and pay and shift times

They called twice and told me I have passed in both English and German and I should be expected a technical interview, they have delayed it which was okay, then they told me the interview will be on zoom, i waited over an hour and then they told me we don't have a position in this account, we will recommend you another one and they kept wasting my time with meaningless interviews and they kept lying every single call.
