Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

it's okay, but nerve wrecking. the interviewer was nice but it bothers me that they didn't tell me directly that i failed. you also have to come prepared with different scenarios.

It was a telephonic round where they asked about myself and explained about the role I had to perform . They test our communication skills here . There on they went on asking about my hobbies and what will I do in my free time and all the other stuff
