Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

3 stage process, test,video chat, mock call. I have all the experience but I didn't get the job. Video call was long and not worth it. I aced the interview and the mock call which they give you a transcript for.. They don't give you much time to read it. As they only give you 15mins to read and catch every point.

Had around 4 or 5 rounds. It was a lengthy procedure. Asked interpersonal questions. Aside from that there were communication skill test, some english grammer, writing and simple mathematics tests.
