Interview
The interview process was very Complicated, Horrible and difficult. So many series of interview steps. The applicants are looking for a job not to replace the top people in the company to give them difficulty. Give chance to others who are skilled and willing to be trained to be better.

Question 1
Super high standards and expectations to each and every applicant. Not recommend. The HR personel will give you exams with a high passing score requirements. Very riddiculous. You and other call center companies are the major contributor of unemployment in Philippines due to your high passing standards and qualifications.

Interview
I applied on their website, then was sent an assessment that I completed immediately and heard back 3-4 days later that they wanted to schedule a phone interview through email. I scheduled a time with a female for two days later. The next day I was contacted by text from someone else trying to schedule an interview to which I responded that I did that by email and asked if I missed something. They said no that it was all set. The day of the interview I was contacted again saying to finish the application and assessment. I ignored it this time figuring it was a system lag or error. Then the interview was with a man and he said I hadn’t yet completed the application and assessment but we’d continue with the interview and I could finish that later. It really seemed like nobody in the hiring process was on the same page at this company and the inconsistencies were alarming to me.
