Interview
I went through a preliminary interview, and then I completed some assessments with one of the assessments having an error from the third-party application, which is supported by Korn Ferry.
I waited for two weeks. You'd expect that they would have the problem fixed with their third-party by that time, but they sent me an email with Korn Ferry's contact info. I contacted Korn Ferry, and apparently, their customer service and technical support teams have low standards. They didn't fix it.
I suggested to the HR personnel the idea of me retaking the application, assuming that the assessments will be submitted successfully the second time I apply, and the HR personnel agreed. "This idea has been in my mind since the day I told them about the issue, but I didn't want to sound pushy."
The assessment was submitted successfully, but here is the second unprofessional issue I have.
They lost the interview records, and I had to retake an unscheduled interview due to that.
I am sure my qualifications are much higher than what they are expecting even though I don't have years of experience, which I should not have because it is supposed to be an entry-level job.
I might be frustrated now for the time I wasted with them, but I know it's for the best.

I applied online then wait for 5-6 days after I received an email that has the link for online assessment then the interviewer calls me right after I take the assessment the same day I receive the email and now still waiting. All i can say is practice SVAR ..

It took first a phone interview then an online assessment in grammar and listening and speaking then a live interview with the team leader and the HR and a computer quiz and a writing assessment
