Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Interview process was fairly easy. Did computer assessment, talked to recruiter, offered the job on the spot. Not many actual interview questions were asked, just availability and hours wanted too

Basic. It consists of at least 3 questions by the interviewer. But be careful to the choice of words. Overall its good. I guess my consistency, dedication, passion, my multi-tasking ability, long patience and work-under-pressure attitude can make me qualify to work in this world class bpo company.
