Concentrix Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Nothing much. Asked about self and questions in the resume. past experience and asked how many years willing to work in the organization. asked about ex client information (just to trick us). DO NOT Reveal your client information. He'll ask friendly but if you reveal your ex client info, they'll not recruit you. That question is for how secure and how safe it is to trust you for this job.

interview went with 3 rounds first round: HR round, second round : V&A round. third round: OPPS round. the opps manage round went for arround 30 mins were he will be asking so many questions try to answer diplomatically.
