I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Concentrix (Manila, ) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process starts with a series of computer-based tests to assess your English proficiency, typically involving around five phases. If you pass, you’ll proceed to a situational assessment, also computer-based. Next is a one-on-one interview focused on your experience, followed by a targeted test in customer service or a specific business area based on the account you’re matched with. Finally, there’s an in-person interview with the account head. The entire process can be completed within a day, after which an offer may be made.
