2 rounds: 1 for introduction questions, 2nd is role-play to support customers, who brought up with issues. What we must perform is reading materials in quick time, respond timely and proffessionally.
1 st round essay writing
2 nd round typing test. 25 words per minute minimum .
3 rd round again typing test same as 2nd round
4 th round face to face interview with HR
5th round face to face virtual interview with HR.
