Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

• Initial Interview. It was a group interview. We were 4 in the room and was asked the same question. "Tell me something about yourself." After every introduction, you will be asked questions about it. After about 5 minutes, they will call you back and tell you if you pass or not. 5-10 minutes. • Assessment thru Phone. It has 5 parts, and will test your skills in pronunciation, diction, hearing skills, and english speaking skills in general. Passing score is 60, and I've noticed that a lot of the applicants fail in this part. 15-20 minutes. • Second Interview. A one-on-one interview with an HR staff. In this part you will be asked about your flexibility in schedule, if you will agree for a background check, how many hours do you commute, and such. The interviewer also discussed the salary and benefits. After this, she recommended me to several accounts. 5-10 minutes. • Online Examination. Consist of 6 parts. It will simply gauge your skills and knowledge about the Internet, basic hardware and software. There will also be typing test, logic, grammar, and very simple math problems. 30 mins - 1 hour. • Final Interview. Another one-on-one interview, but with the account's leader.
