Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

it took one day to finish the interview process. 1st round was HR (they asked general question from my resume) 2nd was telephonic round (they checked my voice and accent) 3rd was taken by operation manager(discussed about random things)

I had the interview directly in the person's office and not in a separate interview room. Asked relevant questions and told me more about the job. Took me to the working area and got to shadow an agent and then asked me if I see myself doing the same.
