Concentrix interview questions

Very simple and straightforward interview. They ask you a bunch of questions and give you scenarios to see how you can show empathy to customers/deal with unhappy customers. The interviewer was nice. I think it only took about 30 minutes… i found out within a week if i progressed forward.

Quite ok. English assesment need to pass that first before going for interview. First interview is by HR second is by project manager. Questions asked : What is your strengths/weaknesses? How do you see yourself in 5 years? What’s a difficult situation you manage to overcome in your previous job?
