Concentrix Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

I was called by an unrecognised person which apparently didn't sound really to be aware of minimum basic information about myself. I think she didn't prepare at all the call gathering information about the applicant. She didn't really tried to listen to me assuming that anything was as she would expect. I wouldn't say she was really competent staff and looked superficial.

I was interviewed at concentrix not too long ago and the process when very smoothly and fast, was hired the next day, after filling out all the paperwork, watched a powerpoint, and answered the ladies questions about where i see myself in 5 years and how i would deal with language bariers, and/or conflict etc.
