"These people select employees based on the AMCAT exam, which is a good thing because there is no bias involved. The AMCAT exam is a bit tough because the US accent is used a lot, which is difficult to catch. Sections A and B were the same, where you read a paragraph, and then later, after listening, you have to answer the questions. They give a topic for 30 seconds. My topics were 'favorite moment with family' and 'describe a crowded market.'"

Processus très long, honnêtement trop long pour un premier poste. Après avoir été chassé et avoir fait 2 entretiens avec un cabinet de recrutement j’ai poursuivi avec 3 entretiens chez Concentrix Webhelp à Paris 17. Deux avec des managers et le dernier avec les deux directrices de la BU. Malgré cela je n’ai jamais eu le fin mot de l’histoire par la RH, et pourquoi j’avais été écarté en dernier round.
