Boring and not helpful. Interviewee did not mentioned what is the business nature look/sounds like. Of course i did my research but this is BPO company so you might need to narrow down the general matter/questions.

The interview process was quick and efficient. The interviewer was friendly and asked clear, direct questions that made it easy to understand what the role entailed. The questions focused on my relevant skills and experience, allowing me to demonstrate my qualifications effectively. Overall, the interview was well-structured and didn't feel overly long or complicated. It was a positive experience, and I felt that I had a good opportunity to showcase my abilities.

Interview
The first interview was with the recruiter. He asked me about my previous experience, my language level, salary expectations and availability to start the job. The second interview was with the person leading the team and another manager from another team. The questions were about my experience and role-playing situation questions: what would you do if a client was very angry, how do you manage time on projects with deadlines, etc.

How do you handle an angry customer? What strategies do you use to cross-sell and up-sell? Who do you call first, a contract that is about to expire or the contract with the highest value?
