The interview process was done and they were kind and clear. I felt like a person throughout the process, unlike other call centers that treat you like cattle. Overall I was satisfied with the interviewing process.

They make you do a lot of test such as writing, speaking, Custumer service attitude, etc, all of the process took me like 7 days before actually getting the interview. And the interview was in teams.

First, it was choosing some options about personality. Like working in teams, helping each other. No answer is wrong. The self assessment is AI based and its very strict . It fails even if you are very fluent in English and grammar.
