Concentrix interview questions

Phone screening, then on-site interview with various team members and leadership. Everyone was laid back yet professional. Role expectations were clearly defined. Follow-up with HR between phone screening and on-site interview and between on-site and receiving offer felt a bit long. The process seemed drawn out, but overall very smooth.

All of the interviews were virtual (video calls), as well as an online test. The entire process took less than one month from initial application to offer. Ultimately I did not accept the position but the interviewing process was positive.
