The interview went well. It was a standard process for a voice role, starting with the initial HR screen which focused on my communication fluency and schedule flexibility. I then had the Operations/Manager round, where we discussed situational scenarios related to customer handling and problem-solving. Overall, it was very professional, and I feel confident about my communication skills and my ability to handle the role's responsibilities.

Interview
Was overall descent, normal questions about motivation, experience and expectations of the role. The process was fast, no weird case study that days to make or silly behavioural questions. The process is as I said, very descent and respectful.
