Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

They have two session. Everything seems to be good and asked basic questions. It was a bit nervous but I think that's normal during interview. Interviewer gave scenarios and expect you to answer as a customer service ( FOLLOW YOUR JOB ROLE)

Easy as pie just relax and think about your answers. Just be yourself and speak with confidence. It's not what you say but how you say it. I took the initiative of asking a question after every question I answered and this made the interview more conversational
